具体评判标准如下：(总分10分)
1.演讲内容(占20%)：要求紧扣主题，观点鲜明，内容生动，具有创意性，演讲结构清晰，论据充足，逻辑性强；
2.语言表达(占30%)：要求用词恰当，发音准确，吐字清晰，语调准确，表达流畅，富有感染力；
3.问题回答（占30%）要求紧扣问题，结合实际，条理清晰，语句流畅、用词准确、有独立见解；
4.综合印象(占20%)：要求衣着整洁，仪表大方，举止得体，富有表现力，能够灵活运用眼神、表情和身体语言与观众交流。

注意事项：

1.若参赛选手在规定时间内不能完成演讲，评委在打分时将酌情扣分，最多扣除3分。
2.比赛结束立即算出选手得分。
3.为保证赛事公平，评委严禁对外透露选手得分，同时在比赛期间评委不得与参赛选手和指导老师接触。
The speech will be judged according to the following criteria:（the total score is 10 ）
1. Speech content (20%): subject selection, supporting material, organization, statement of purpose, coherence, humour
2. Language quality (30%): accuracy, clarity, fluency, pitch, pause, emphasis
3. Question answering (30%): question selection, practical, orderly, accuracy, fluency, independence.
4. General impression (20%): manner, poise, eye contact, facial expression, gestures
Points for Attention：
1. As many as 3 points can be deducted if a contestant does not finish the speech or answer session within the allotted time.
2. Final results will be tallied by the staff just after your speech.
3. Judges should not announce the contestants’ marks. To keep fairness, we remind the judges to avoid contact with the contestants and their tutors during the competition.
