宁波骏腾出国留学服务中心，隶属于宁波教育学院，成立于2000年1月，是全国首批获得国家教育部公安部资格认证的自费出国留学服务中介机构之一。同时也是宁波市第一家获得认证资格的自费出国留学中介机构。

Ningbo Junteng Overseas Study Service Center, affiliated to Ningbo Institute of Education, was established in January 2000. It was among the first group of self-supported overseas studies service organizations certified by Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Security and the first organization qualified and certified in Ningbo.
By means of its advantages on higher education, the Center has established stable and reliable cooperative relationships with many overseas colleges and signed cooperation agreements with famous universities in Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, etc. The credit of these universities have been certified and confirmed by embassies and councils of China. Thus, the legal rights of students who are introduced to these universities by Junteng will not be infringed and they will be rewarded with abundant knowledge and experience.
Relying on high quality talents in higher education organizations, the center boasts professional and responsible staff who are familiar with domestic and overseas education. They hold the spirit of providing comprehensive service for self-supported students planning to study aboard. In order to enhancing students’ understanding of overseas universities, Junteng Overseas Affairs Service Center often invites representatives of overseas universities to hold a variety of education exhibitions or free lectures in Ningbo.
